Delete My Account

You can request deletion of your SleepBoo account at any time. Deletion removes your account and associated personal data from our servers, as required by Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines.

How to Delete Your Account From the App

1. Open SleepBoo.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap "Delete My Account".
4. Confirm deletion.

After confirmation, your account and most data will be removed within a few days. The full process, including backups, may take up to 30 days.

What Happens When You Delete

• Your profile, usage data, gamification, and logs are deleted.
• Your HealthKit data remains in Apple Health; SleepBoo only loses access to it.
• Local media (mission photos/videos) remain on your device unless you manually delete them.
• Active subscriptions managed by Apple are not automatically canceled. Cancel at iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Deletion by Email

If you cannot delete from the app, email us at horsetechservices@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion - SleepBoo" and the email associated with your account. We will respond within 7 business days.
