Welcome to SleepBoo. These Terms of Use govern your use of the SleepBoo application ("App"), provided by Allan Cristhian Fabri, an individual developer based in São Paulo, SP, Brazil.

By accessing or using SleepBoo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

SleepBoo is a sleep, meditation, and wellness app that offers:

• Sleep tracking and relaxation sessions.
• Smart alarms with wake-up missions.
• Meditation, guided breathing, and sleep sounds.
• Wellness tools and gamification.
• Premium features available through In-App Purchase (IAP) subscription.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

• Some features require a premium subscription. Available plans: weekly ($6.99), monthly ($9.99), and yearly ($69.99).
• Payments are processed by Apple via In-App Purchase (StoreKit).
• Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel through the App Store.
• You can cancel anytime at iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Restore Purchases is available in the app Settings.

3. Account and Authentication

You may use the app anonymously or sign in with Sign in with Apple or Google (if available). You are responsible for maintaining your account security.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful and personal purposes.
• Not attempt to deceive, modify, or exploit vulnerabilities of the App.
• Not use the App for medical diagnosis — it is a wellness aid, not a medical device.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, sounds, videos, and code of SleepBoo are owned by Allan Cristhian Fabri or licensors. Copying, distributing, or modifying without permission is prohibited.

6. Medical Disclaimer

SleepBoo is not a medical device and does not replace professional health advice. Sleep, health, and wellness metrics are for informational purposes only. Consult a physician before making health decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allan Cristhian Fabri is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account anytime at Settings > Delete My Account.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. The latest version is available at https://sleepboo.app/en/terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of São Paulo, SP.
